UK Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotional period for PG tips 1150s pack will last whilst stocks available. Limited stock of 80,000 promotional packs made available for sale via delivered wholesales and cash and carry.
2. Open to bona fide UK catering establishments and their employees aged 18+ except employers of the Promoter and any publicly funded bodies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must seek permission from their employer to enter. 
3. £100,000 worth of cash prizes to be won instantly. To enter, purchase special promotional packs of PG tips 1150s to receive a scratch panel game card. Scratch the 3 panels to reveal a set of symbols. If three of the same symbols are revealed you are a winner.   To find out which cash prize you have won winners should visit www.ufs.teatips.co.uk.
4. If you are a Lucky winner send your winning game card together with your full name, address, date of birth and contact details to PG Tips Monkey Loves Winners, PO Box 7557, Derby, DE1 0NP, to claim the prize.
5. No purchase necessary in Northern Ireland.  To enter send your name address and telephone number to PG Tips Monkey Loves Winners, PO Box 7557, Derby, DE1 0NP One entry per envelope received.
6. No photocopies of winning game cards will be accepted. No applications from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected.
7. Closing date to claim a prize is midnight (GMT) 1st October 2011.
8. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
9. By entering the promotion all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
10. The Prizes:
1. 5 x £1,000 cheques
2.  300 x £100 cheques
3. 3,000 x £10 cheques
4. 36,695 x £1 cheques

11. Winners who successfully claim their prize by the closing date will win the cash prize denominated by their winning game card. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of greater or equal value. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winners must claim their prize by the closing date. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse.  Cheques will be made payable to the name stated on the scratch card and will be  sent out to the winners by second class post to the address provided within 28 days of the winner successfully claiming their prize.
13. Accepting the prizes may give rise to tax liabilities, which are the winners' responsibility.
14. The winner's details (name and county) will be made available on request to those writing to PG Tips Monkey Loves Winners, PO Box 7557, Derby, DE1 0NP within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped SAE.
15. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity has occurred, or if it considers there has been any deliberate attempt to breach these rules.
17. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
18. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
